This is the patient’s wife. I must admit, I was tempted to take David to Charleston for his back surgery. However, as it turned out, I have been completely satisfied with Dr. Strohmeyer. I was very upset that my husband’s surgery was delayed because the ONE person who schedules the surgeries took a week vacation. It makes no sense for everything to come to a halt because one person is not there. Thus far, that is the only thing that I have been dissatisfied with.

Omg, what can I say about doctor Scott that’s not been said before? He’s competent, kind, caring. Best bedside manner on the island (and I go to many many specialists)!!!

Dr Salzer is an educator as well as an outstanding physician. He explains all procedures, reviews x-rays with the patient, discusses the prognosis of the condition and does it all in a friendly manner. I recommend him to everyone I meet who is looking for an excellent orthopedic physician.
