That atmosphere in the office is so welcoming. I didn't have to wait very long to see the doctor. I must say, I was surprised at what he saw on my xray but I'm grateful there was nothing serious. Everyone is so nice and pleasant. Very professional

Douglas Scott is a wonderful physician He listens to the patient. He fully explains his answers to your questions. He ties up loose ends to discussions he has with you. Dr. Scott is best orthopedic surgeon on Hilton Head, Bluffton and beyond. He listens to his patients and addresses their concerns. Recovery is fast and results are awesome. 5 Stars!

He is the best Dr we have ever had. Even when he is very busy, he never rushes us. We also love that BOSS has all the equipment and we don’t have to go place to place for our tests. His staff is wonderful also. Susan and Howard.

Dr. Stroymeyer is fantastic! So professional and answers all my questions He is genuinely concerned about his patients. The staff is very welcoming and caring. I highly recommend Boss Orthopedics . It is top of the line! It’s definitely a 10+.

A long wait, but both the staff and the doctor were very apologetic and concerned for my personal time. Once I met with Dr. Dean, the wait time was forgotten. I was so thankful to have an honest assessment of the current condition of my right knee and surgical option after several years of cortisone injections.

5 years ago Dr. Scott replaced my left shoulder.It was a real success,full range of motion,quick painless recovery.I had 2 previous rotator cuff surgery’s that had longer and painful recoveries.I am now needing a right shoulder replacement and most certainly will have Dr Scott do the replacement.

The entire experience, from initial visit to post-op, was exceptional. Dr. Castro takes as much time with his patients as needed, listening to every concern and question.He has a very caring, personable bedside manner, and clearly explains all options. He also takes the time to go above and beyond, and share details of what the body goes through post op in general, beyond just what one would normally expect during recovery. He also asked for MY feedback about the surgery in the 10 day post-op visit: what did I think-- was this what I expected, more intense, less intense, different??? No doctor has ever asked me anything like that. I highly recommend Dr. Castro and BOSS Orthopedics.

I feel like I'm becoming a regular at the practice. Dr. Dean replaced my shoulder a couple years ago and I could not have written a script for a better outcome. Everything from the initial visits, diagnosis, prep, surgery, PT and most importantly outcome were great. Now it's a knee. He takes great care to cover all the bases. X-rays. MRI. Whatever is needed to make a thorough diagnosis. He explains in detail what the imaging shows and what all the options are. And he's patient with my questions. I could not expect anything better from Dr Dean and the staff.

Just had my 3-month follow up from surgery. I thought it was the first class operation when I first started. Still do unbelievably the best Dr. Strohmeyer his team, are first class can't say enough. . Everything clean fairly easy to park. Highly recommend easy check in check out
