Jamie is too eager with giving cortisone shots. Doesn’t recommend therapy o anti inflammatory medications. After a few years of seeing him for tennis elbow, I ended up at MUSC having surgery to reattach my tendon. 12 weeks recovery that could’ve been avoided. Do not listen to him when he says cortisone shots won’t tendons or ligaments!! He just wants to put a bandaid on you and get you out of the exam room!!!
