The office personnel were efficient & kind.
Dr. Delgaizo ,upon meeting him for the first time,was welcoming and a good listener.Upon examining my knee he was gentle.His explanation of my problem was thorough & he answered all my questions.I am certain we will have a good Dr.-patient relationship.

My hip replacement surgery is being scheduled soon and I look forward to having Dr. DelGaizo perform it. He takes his time with you, LISTENS very thoroughly and is very kind. Highly recommend

Dr Delgazio is amazing! I can’t believe how fast I was walking without a walker or cane. After the first week I was only on Tylenol. I feel great after my total hip replacement

Dr. Salzer and the BOSS staff, did an excellent job diagnosing and treating my recent injury. Dr. Salzer has a nice bedside manner and sense of humor. Everyone I dealt with at BOSS was personable and professional.

I have seen Dr. Del Gaizo several times for a second opinion after having a knee replacement with a difficult recovery. He had an xray done in his office and ordered a CT scan. Ultimately, nothing unusual was found in the results and Dr. Del Gaizo assured me that no revision surgery would be necessary. This was good and bad news, since there was no discernable reason found for my ongoing pain. He recommended more PT and that is what I am currently doing. However, I must commend Dr. Del Gaizo for even taking me on as a patient and making a sincere effort to help me. He felt that perhaps my back issues were affecting my knee and suggested I see his colleague, Dr. Castro, which I did. During our last appointment, Dr. Del Gaizo made a referral for a back MRI, again, trying to find a cause for the knee issues.
My past experiences with surgeons have been less than positive, but Dr. Del Gaizo seems to be cut from a different cloth. He has a very pleasant manner, puts the patient at ease, answers all questions and does not rush you. He actually seems happy to talk with you. I hope I never have to have my other knee replaced, but if I do, I will choose Dr. Del Gaizo, but not only because of his kind manner, but because he also has a reputation as a stellar surgeon.

Dr. Del Gaizo was great. He listened and diagnosed the problem. The staff at both the Beaufort and Bluffton offices are always very nice.

My first meeting with Dr. Scott left me at ease with the medical decisions made. He is very personable, compassionate and I had been referred to him by friends who thought highly of his surgical skills. I’m very glad to have him as my doctor now.

Well, Dr. Salzer surgery and follow up sessions have been a very positive experience. I have seen continuous improvement for the past. 2 months. He indicated the wrist/hand should continue to improve and offered additional assistance, if needed. He has always spent necessary time answering my questions, some of which I’m sure seemed foolish! Just an overall great experience, I’m hoping he will replicate his services on my other hand, when I feel comfortable enough to proceed.
