Came for a new issue that did not present normally for carpal tunnel syndrome. He listened to everything I had to say and had knowledge to my medical history. I was only going for one visit before traveling, and he gave me very thorough notes for the next doctor I will encounter. It was only one visit, but it was a good one

Worst experience. Saw Dr. Castro. Spent a few minutes with my mom. Suggested she go to therapy. Said he would send order. She saw him on Friday, we called on Tuesday. Was told he had not put in his notes from visit. Saw general doctor a week and a half later. That doctor had not received x-ray taken at BOSS. Still no order sent to therapy. When I called a week and a half later, was told that had not sent x-ray to her general doctor because they did not have his name but.... her general doctor had sent them the referral to BOSS!!! Also, the order for therapy had not been sent in but I guarantee they billed her insurance before we left the parking lot! Also, every time I called, stayed on hold for 15 minutes then someone would pick up phone and then hang it up. This happened twice. It is sad that the love of money has taken priority over health care.

As always, Dr Strohmeyer was open and upfront about my recovery from foot drop. Moving on to return to the nerve doctor for further evaluation.

Ralph can fix anything! He’s the best at what he does, and I know when he walks through that door that everything will be OK. He is professional, kind, gentle, and funny! He has taken fabulous care of my family for over 30 years.

That atmosphere in the office is so welcoming. I didn't have to wait very long to see the doctor. I must say, I was surprised at what he saw on my xray but I'm grateful there was nothing serious. Everyone is so nice and pleasant. Very professional
