The entire experience, from initial visit to post-op, was exceptional. Dr. Castro takes as much time with his patients as needed, listening to every concern and question.He has a very caring, personable bedside manner, and clearly explains all options. He also takes the time to go above and beyond, and share details of what the body goes through post op in general, beyond just what one would normally expect during recovery. He also asked for MY feedback about the surgery in the 10 day post-op visit: what did I think-- was this what I expected, more intense, less intense, different??? No doctor has ever asked me anything like that. I highly recommend Dr. Castro and BOSS Orthopedics.

I feel like I'm becoming a regular at the practice. Dr. Dean replaced my shoulder a couple years ago and I could not have written a script for a better outcome. Everything from the initial visits, diagnosis, prep, surgery, PT and most importantly outcome were great. Now it's a knee. He takes great care to cover all the bases. X-rays. MRI. Whatever is needed to make a thorough diagnosis. He explains in detail what the imaging shows and what all the options are. And he's patient with my questions. I could not expect anything better from Dr Dean and the staff.

Just had my 3-month follow up from surgery. I thought it was the first class operation when I first started. Still do unbelievably the best Dr. Strohmeyer his team, are first class can't say enough. . Everything clean fairly easy to park. Highly recommend easy check in check out

Dr S looked at the X-rays, concluded that there were 3 possibilities but we would have to wait and perhaps do more X-rays to be absolutely right. Meanwhile I’d been taking aleve and Tylenol and my pain disappeared. I dropped both meds and the pain did not come back. I cancelled a further appointment with Mikhail Nobokov that someone made for me without my knowledge. End of story.

The world may be full of hustle and bustle, but inside the walls of Dr. Ralph Salzer’s office you are met by a physician who takes time to listen intently to your medical concerns. Expertly skilled, patient and very caring, Dr. Salzer will explain the diagnosis, answer questions and provide proper treatment with great care.
You could not find a better orthopedic physician than Dr. Salzer. He is the best!

Dr Dean’s knew exactly what my problem was and options for correction. He was able to give me the treatment immediately in the office after my consultation. Highly recommend him!

I’ve been a patient for years. My first surgery with Dr. Dean was a bicep repair and the second was a total should replacement. In both cases he fully explained what the problem was and what the recovery period would be like. I’m very happy to say that because of his skill I am on my way to a full recovery!
