Staff was very pleasant and courteous and verified my information in system. Dr Scott explained my options and going forward with MRI and will review and discuss results on next Dr appointment. My visits with Dr Scott has always been great and explained options and seriousness of my shoulder problems due to arthritis. Nursing and staff followed up on making my next appointment and also the appointment for my MRI fit my schedule. Thank you

Dr. Scott and his staff are amazing. Dr. Scott is smart, patient, listens and much more. He is one of the most caring doctors I have ever met. His abilities are second to none.

Dr Scott examined me and gave me an oral steroid. It was a 6 day process with the steroids and worked while I was taking them, but after I completed them, the pain came back. He asked me to get a CT scan, but I was unable to schedule the appointment because my mother passed away in Pennsylvania and I had to go back there. I called the office this morning (08/10) to see if I could still schedule the CT scan. I am able to. I explained the situation and was a bit disturbed. The person on the other end of the line showed little or no emotion or empathy and didn't offer any condolences for my situation. It may not mean much to people, but it was important to me. My thoughts on this is that if people don't show empathy for a loss, how can they possibly care about my ailment. The way people are treated shows character, whether good or bad. I am still going to give a 5 star review to the doctor, but the staff needs to be more friendly and tuned into the patient and what they are going through.

Dr Scott is a physician I will recommend to any patient requiring orthopedic care. He will take the time explaining what is wrong and options for treatment.

Dr. Scott is great. He did a great job explaining the issue with my shoulder and providing options to repair it. Looking forward to getting it repaired by surgery so I can get back out on the golf course!!
