Dr. Salzer listened well, assessed my knee pain based on x-rays and information I gave him, and professionally treated my pain and prescribed PT to protect me from future issues. The staff at Boss are all professional, helpful and very pleasant. I highly recommend their medical care.

I found Dr. Dean to be very personable. I appreciated his willingness to listen to my concerns, and he took the time to explain each one. We agreed on a course of treatment. Terrific bedside manner.

This practice is incredibly predatory and unprofessional. I suffered a broken bone and I waited a week after sending x rays and never heard back from anyone. Finally I called the office and after being on hold for over 30 minutes they informed me that Dr.Salzer would review my case and that no one has done anything with my x rays and I would not have been helped unless I had called. This wasted a week of my time. Then after not hearing from them again, I called back only to be told that my case was rejected. I was not given a reason why, nor was I informed. The office did not even have the decency to inform me of my unexplained rejection and most likely would not have informed me unless I called them. Now the orthopedic office in with currently believes I have permanent nerve damage and deformity due to the break being left untreated by the incompetence and uncaring of Boss. I'm sure I was rejected due to paying out of pocket. With their actions, BOSS has made it clear that they only wish to provide care to those with insurance that will pay them significant sum of money for simple procedures. And will refuse to help anyone uninsured because BOSS will receive less money. So those of you who are wealthy may receive great care but those who pay out of pocket can just suffer deformity and BOSS cares so little for them, they will not even call you to tell you they refuse to help you so that you will know to search elsewhere for care before permanent damage takes place. As someone who works in the healthcare field myself, I have no patience or levity for those in the field that are uncaring and unwilling to help patients who need and deserve treatment.
Do not patron this uncaring group of "doctors" who love money more than patients.
