Dr Dean is very thorough and takes time to fully explain procedures and diagnosis. He answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. Very professional staff as well.

Professional. He took the time to explain what exactly is going on with my son's shoulder. Unfortunately surgery has to be preformed. But was reassured by Dr. Dean he will fully recover.

I had a complicated surgery by Dr. Mark Smith on my dominant hand. There were several things involved and Dr. Smith told me and showed me what he was going to do, and what to expect. He called me after surgery to see how I was doing which was comforting. I have had two follow up visits and am healing very well. Dr. Smith has answered my questions and encouraged me to call if I have more. The care he shows his patients exceptional! He’s extremely knowledgeable in his line of work and I would highly recommend him to anyone who may have hand issues. I totally trusted him with my surgery.

DR. Dean has always been wonderful. My husband had 2 knees replaced back to back and we have both had our right shoulders replaced with reversal joints. My husband is going to have his right shoulder replaced the first of the year!. Love Dr. Dean
