I had a total knee replacement 12/15/25 and must say the entire experience was very good! From the support at BOSS to the surgery center on HHI, finishing with Carolina Sportscare Physical Therapy. All very professional and caring. This is my second surgery with Dr. Dean, the beat of the best! I trust him completely beginning to end.

Dr Dean took his time to explain the results of my MRI and explain various treatment options, in a way that I could fully understand. I did not feel rushed during my visit and he took the time to answer all of my questions.

Excellent visit. Recommended for a second opinion. He explained my MRI & X-Rays in layman terms making it easy to understand his recommendations. Equally important he took time to suggest changes to my exercise program while emphasizing its importance. Should I need surgery, he will be my first choice.
