Dr. D (as I call him) is Great!! He greets his patients with a smile and is patient with explaining what is needed moving forward and listening to the concerns of the patient. Knowledgeable, pleasant, and a positive attitude!!

MArk Dean replaced my knee over 13 years ago. It’s doing great. Total range of motion, no pain and strong. I was concerned on longevity having read on the internet that knees last about 15 years! Well I was wrong as he assured me that was for knee replacement in the 90’s and before. The newer knees should hold up well beyond that…probably forever based on my X-rays (currently 69 yrs old)! He reviewed my X-rays which looked like the day he put them in so all is great.

This was my second surgery with Dr Scott and to say that I am pleased is an understatement! He was very informative about my surgery and recovery; so I went in with my eyes wide open. From the initial consult to my postoperative appointment I was well taken care of. No one wants to be in pain and having to have surgery can be traumatic, but Dr Scott and the team at BOSS did an excellent job helping me navigate this process.

Dr. Castro is everything I've come to expect with BOSS ortho and spine. Through his actions, knowledge, and communications, he instills confidence and caring. He greets you with a handshake. He is very pleasant, explains everything fully, took time to show and illustrate how my scoliosis affects my body and why. Listens, provides insights and reassurances, doesn't seem rushed or distracted, not impatient, answered all my questions, looks at you when speaking, (instead of making notes or staring at the monitor screen). Thank you, Dr. Castro!

Dr. Castro was personable and professional in explaining his diagnosis as well as addressing alternative treatments. His office personnel were organized in gathering information and moving the appointment along including x-rays for the doctor to review prior to his recommendations for treatment.

I first met Dr. Dean in 2004 when I had a torn meniscus. Now 22 years later he has laid out a plan for my knee treatment to avoid or at least postpone surgery

I look forward to seeing Dr. Salzer when I have a trigger finger problem because I have never had to return for surgery. His technique has worked every time over the years!
He is always personable and thoroughly explains the problem and the treatment avenues. I appreciate that he lets me offer my desire for treatment and if he does not concur he explains why. Even though I have had repeated exposure to the two stages of the injection (the initial needle insertion and then the final needle placement to restore tendon motion), I rely on Dr. Salzer to tell me what he is doing so I can mentally prepare for the excruciating pain that is about to come!

Dr Salzer has always been straightforward with me about the treatments for my knee. He explained each progress going forward and the outcome it could produce and will recommend other measures if the current ones are not successful. He’s always been jovial with me

DR. SALZER is the best around. I travel one hour to be in his care and it's worth the trip. He and his staff are caring and professional. I was told I n needed back surgery. He said no I need PT. I did the PT Therpy and here 24 years plus , no surgery at 81 years young. Dr.SALTZAR is the best of the best. D Nettles

Dr. Dean is a wonderful and thorough doctor. He takes his time with his patients and always has time to answer questions. You can be sure as a doctor that he will treat you with the upmost respect and give you the best care!
