As always, he was prepared for the discussion, informed and reassuring. As Board Chair at Volunteers in Medicine Clinic HHI, I know a good doctor when I see one. Dr Scott isn’t just good, he is great. Between my wife and I he has fixed three shoulders and done an expert job on each one!

Dr. Dean and staff are always polite, thorough and informative. Thankful for everyone in the office who helped get me to a full recovery and especially the front office staff who always had me leaving my appointments with a laugh and a smile. Dr. Dean was very thorough in telling me what he was going to do surgically and showed me why. He explained what I could expect during my recovery and what I could safely do and should not do during the healing process. I was very anxious prior to speaking with him. He answered my questions and I'm much less nervous about the surgery and recovery process.

Very thorough in explaining my particular circumstances. Easy to communicate with and I appreciate that with a doctor. His PA is also great. I would easily recommend Dr Dean to anyone needing a knee replacement.

Dr. Strohmeyer is always easy to talk to regarding health issues and provides advice/answers. Only one to ever operate on my back and hopefully always will be! I highly recommend, have never been disappointed by him.

The doctor visit was prompt, courteous, and very helpful. The parking was a problem, no spaces in the lot, had to park far away in the dirt. Front check-in could use two people, long wait standing in line with bad knee.

Dr Scott is a very compassionate physical and gives you the time needed without making you feel rushed. Got a cortisone shot for a bad shoulder and it feels great today! Thank you so much!

Dr. Salzer is an Incredible surgeon whom I have known for years. He has performed back and meniscus surgeries and replaced both hips! He is always caring and supportive. I always feel comforted after seeing him. Yesterday I limped into the office and today I am completely pain free!!!

Dr. Scott is very concerning.. He gives you that attention to hear your concern and then he gives you his feedback in expertise. I just wish I had him from the begging..

Dr Douglas Scott did my shoulder replacement in 2022. I was unable to lift my arm before but he fixed it. His bedside manner is unprecedented. I feel like I'm speaking with a family member when I'm with him. He explains everything and takes his time with you. He's extremely talented and I'd recommend him to anyone, which I had. My experience at BOSS was great. Check in was easy, the x-ray tech was professional and pleasant, the nurse was efficient and Dr. Del Gaizo took time in explaining my situation, offered and discussed multiple options and was very comforting in his approach to both me and my husband. I recommend both Dr. Del Gaizo and the practice very highly.
